BOOKING INFORMATION

Due to limited space, it is highly recommended that you book your reservations early. This also allows you to receive your preferred private and shared room options. We will have at least one pre-retreat zoom meeting so you can connect with other participants who may be interested in sharing a room. We can also assit with the process. We reserve the right to refuse bookings at our discretion.

TRAVEL AND FLIGHT INFORMATION

The airfare and the transportation to the lodge are not included in the retreat. Once you’ve reserved your stay, you will receive further information regarding the exact location and the best way to arrive in the jungle.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the limited nature of this retreat, the cancellation policy is firm as outlined below. 

  • Deposit (The Healer Within members only) is non refundable and non transferable.

  • If cancellation takes place prior to Juy 15th, 2024, 50% of the retreat price will be forfeited and non-transferable.

  • If cancellation takes place after September 15th, 2024, 100% of the retreat price wil be forgeited and non-transferable.

  • If you wish to cancel, you must notify via email: hello@drkathyyeo.com

  • There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, including but not limited to COVID-19, weather, personal emergencies, flight cancellations, or delays. We highly recommend purchasing Travel Protection Insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances that may require cancellation.
